Winner of the 2017 Olivier Award for Best New Comedy, Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour is now playing in West End for a strictly limited season following sold out seasons at the National Theatre, Edinburgh Festival Fringe and UK tour.
From the creator of Billy Elliot (Lee Hall) comes the uplifting and moving story of six Catholic school girls from Oban, let loose in Edinburgh for one day only. Funny, raucous and heartbreaking, Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour is adapted from Alan Warner’s brilliant novel about six young friends on the cusp of change and is directed by Royal Court Artistic Director Vicky Featherstone (AGE RECOMMENDATION 16+).
Inspired by a song from the play we have created a cocktail “Mr Blue Sky” which we will be offering as a welcoming drink to all diners quoting “Our Ladies” at booking stage, ordering from our pre/post theatre menu in the restaurant and grill from 24 July until 2 September.
What’s more to celebrate the collaboration we will be running a facebook competition offering the chance to win two tickets to the play at Duke of York Theatre, followed by a post-theatre two course meal for two in Skylon Grill.
Competition T&Cs: Winner will be announced on 23 August. The prize of two tickets to Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour is valid to all performances until 2 September. Tickets are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative to the prizes. Post-theatre dining should be booked in Skylon Grill until 2 September 2017, Monday to Sunday from 9.30pm-10.30pm. Post-theatre dinner prize cannot be passed to another person, it’s not refundable and it’s subject to availability.
